Dear Sir:-
Responding to yours of 11th re Pan-American Exposition Company, we beg to say that we have received no response to our last letter. We presume that the intention of the Exposition people is to act upon the thought contained in their letter copy of which we sent you, that owing to the temporary nature of the infringement we will refrain from suit. If you wish bills filed, please so advise us.
