Mr. Thos A. Edison
Dear Sir
My Brother Wm H. Wiley has just returned from the mining engineers convention in Mexico, he told me today to see you or your Mr. Miller and say he met a geologist and engineer while there who is an old friend of his + who has been in Mexico 18 years representing the Rothschilds and he intends to come on here to visit him, he thinks he can arrange matters so you could arrange matters relative to nickel ores which are located in his territory. If you care to entertain the proposition I can call + see Mr. Miller and explain it more in detail, whenever it is convenient.
Yours truly,
O.S. Wiley
