I have just closed [illegible] arrangement with Mr Dick and Bergmann to [illegible] the new storage battery in England & the Continent of Europe in consideration of your past and [future?] aid in helping me to perfect the battery & [illegible] a [illegible] to pay you seven per cent of all the money. Stocks, bonds, or other securities which I may receive and my share of the sake of the patents by Messrs Dick & Bergmann all to be paid immediately upon receipt of the same or at [illegible] [illegible] as I am free to divide the same under any contract with them on the companies they may form _
