(To Johnny Randolph)
My dear Johny:
I sent you the receipt for the payment of the expressage on the goose. I am glad I spoke to you about it as these people here are very dishonest. Let me know if you got your money back or not. I wrote Father some time ago about a patent that I would like to get. Did he mention anything to you about it? Tom is at work with Prof. Fessenden on wireless telegraphy and is doing very well. Blanche is paying him a salary of $5.00 per week although he thinks it comes from the government as he gets it in an envelope along with the others.
We will probably return to N. Y. next month as I have something that am going to work on. If Father would only let me work in the lab.
I could save a lot of money.
W. L. Edison
