Additional Memorandum between Mr. Edison and Major Flood-Page October 23/02.
In the event of Mr. Edison being appointed a member of the Technical Board of the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company of America, and of his acceptance of such appointment, he will contribute to that Company his United States Patent No. 465,971, dated December 29/1891 and will make formal assignment thereof to the Company.
