Letterhead of Office of Manning, Maxwell & Moore, 85-87-89 Liberty Street, New York December 13th_02. The Thos. A. Edison Laboratory, Orange, N. J. Gentlemen: Referring to the subject of the Blake Rock & Ore Crusher, of which we fear you are becoming rather tired, would say, we have communicated with Wm. Yagle & Co. Ltd. of Pittsburg, who we were advised by Mr. Theo. Blake has assumed entire control of the building of the original "Blake Crusher." We enclose to you their letter, which is self-explanatory, and we would infer that the report is correct, their having assume control of the business, but that they are not in position to give much information on it at the present time. Please advise us what you want us to do in this matter. Shall we take the crusher back, furnish you with the other style of Buchanan Crusher, or what would you suggest? We regret very much that this unfortunate trouble has arisen, and assure you that we will concur with you in anything which you may think advisable to bring about a settlement of this affair which will be entirely satisfactory to you. Awaiting your further instructions, we are, Yours truly, MANNING, MAXWELL & MOORE. [FW?] Parker
