- Received TAE cable will move on French and Belgium patents -- sales not as good as hoped for "much prejudice and stupidity to overcome" -- problem to get people to recharge batteries once a week and have obtained another battery as strong and continuous but that will work for three months -- should he send battery and press which are not patented in states if TAE willling to give something to the inventors for their trouble -- see following letter for annotation
