- Sends copy of new paper "The Magnet" produced with electric pen -- currently rents pen but would like to own one -- price is high and wants to know what TAE would want for outfit minus press -- TAE prob remembers his partner J. C. Mattoon who is "old timer" there (Cinn) -- general congrats on TAE's success TAE marg: Friend Waddell; Yours [received?] the Electric pen business is entirely out of my hands and they charge me full price for any I get but I have written Bliss at Chicago to see what he can do for you. I never had but 1 photo taken and I have lost that-- The Daily Graphic today or tomorrow will probably have a likeness in it. Yours Edison. respects to Mattoon
