tells TAE that reason for his telegram re EL was because he heard two fellows talking about their experiments and didn't want them to get ahead of TAE; Birmingham corp negotiatin with Bell Co. heard TAE tel and wanted nothing more to do with Bell, South Eastern and North Western Railways will both adopt TAE tel and have given Adams use of wires for expts
