- long letter with enclosures re telephone and electric light in England; discusses best way to set up TAE tele co in England; Bell Tel Co injunction best not to put out any telephone until get new receiver to place them beyond question of infringement in meantime will continue making private demonstrations; has established a small telephone exchange as per TAE plan between his office and several others in London and allows him to show superiority of TAE over Bell; encloses copy of manner in which he made first attack on Bell; regrets that TAE found it necessary to have foreign partners in NY and continues association with Puskas but appreciates confidence shown in Gouraud about EL; discusses what he has done to this point
