- Editor's Notes
- London Co. making inquiry into Spanish patent and profess to have party interested in it -- Beetle has good party on the string who wants to work patent in Spain with object of purchasing it -- wants to tell Beetle to go ahead -- obvious that number of Spanish speaking people make a Spanish patent more valuable than had been supposed -- should get patent there as good as one in Germany -- with it the trade can be controlled and TAE benefitted -- TAE should prepare papers and Bliss will have Beetle negotiate an agency on the basis of the party paying for the patent -- Russia should be secured on the same basis
