Sent articles on phono to French and German journals of science -- suggests that phono be used to make books for the blind and for those who can't read on sheets of metal phonographically imporessed with TAE's vibrating plate and point, then with a guid in a frame the reader could pass a style with a vibrating plate over th lines and the page would talk to the reader -- provides drawing
