- Editor's Notes
- Wrote previously that he wanted phono and TAE said they were not ready has received circular announcing they were ready for $100 and wanted to order but TAE's general agent telegraphed that they were not quite ready but would be about May 1st -- this fellow prepared for phono by putting out considerable money and refused a position expecting one but now hears that TAE will not sell them but lease them tot he party that would give him the largest percentage in gross receipts and that this was not an honorable way to do business -- May 16th recd letter from general agent Redpath stating that TAE had asked to have a friend of his assigned the state of Ohio and that they were compelled to take care of TAE's friend -- then asked for another state or territory which they refuse to give -- asks if that is how TAE does business -- has postal from EHJ saying phono will be shipped about May 5th --thinks he should get phono territory (note that answered June 3)
