Received TAE's of 10th with card of Richmond and Harris and letter from University of Rochester -- discussion of TAE's obtaining bonds with money from Phono Co? -- Hubbard writes that he approves plan of having 500 small phonos made but not to deliver any until patent is issued -- Cheever wants model so he can get bids -- can't TAE get up an easier way of putting tin foil on smooth, suggest wrapping it on a roller and then rolling it around -- Hubbard has seen Painter who says the patent offic is waitin gfor some amendment of specifications to be made by Serrell and if gotten in before next Saturday can issue the following week -- Hubbard would like Pollok (his attorney in Washington) see the specification
