Read about heat measurer TAE made for Prof. Langley and wants info -- wants to conduct experiments on conductivity of heat in fluids and needs a finer thermometer than any which physicists presently possess -- has consulted several gentlemen at U. of Tubingen in Wirttenberg, including Profs. Lothar Meyer and DuBois Raymond and they wonder if TAE's inst would work -- this fellow is an American, has met Langley, and would like to introduce TAE's inst among German chemists TAE marg: You can do all you require the delicacy is inf & depends on manip I have sent one to Browning who will make them of any design require to give idea for instance [then goes on to describe expt but difficult to read on film]
