More on Bliss & Phono Co. Encloses Bliss letter (not found) & EHJ's answer to his (UP2) inquiry. Says he went into Phono Co "primarily to show you that there was some one else besides `WU' who could `put up'!" Says Bliss told him that "interests" would pay $1000 for his work on behalf of the Pen in Post Office Dept legislation; "now how much does he want you to pay of the $1000?"
