- How's generator? Can't believe rumor TAE to exhibit new emg at Franklin Inst, "a society which is controlled by Houston & Thomson" and "in whose meetings you have been help up to ridicule." GFB would like to exhibit new receiver before APS. Has declined Hubbard's offer of retainer as expert in teleph tsuits. Morton organizing Colorado party next summer; is TAE going? TAE marg: "Lord no I have not promised them anything nor would not. I am going to send Bently two pair & if possible you a pair but will urge B to let you have one of his pair for few days. New machine 92 percent returned."
