Title
[D7903ZFG], Letter from Uriah Hunt Painter to Thomas Alva Edison, July 13th, 1879
Editor's Notes
Power of atty from EHJ no good; can't get money from bank. How about toy & clock matters? Asked Bergmann to show you Johnson's commercial machine. If you don't put too much of light in papers, can sell gas stocks at huge profit later: "I propose a regular gut on 'em whenever you are ready." Marg: "Never mind about the money. jWill let you know some time before I make a demonstration."
