- can copper & silver & gold be run out of molten mass of ore by applying electric light, as someone has said? refractory ores are a big problem; if you can do this it would be great <"It is very probable ... that electricity may be used.... Nothing has been done ... but everything can be decomposed by elecricity." what heard about must have been via dynamo used for elec light, not light per se>
