Title
[D7937ZAM], Letter from Tracy Robinson Edson, Celluloid Co to Thomas Alva Edison, May 13th, 1879
Editor's Notes
Rec'd draft contract for new receiver. Has seen patent for "Fifth Carbon Transmitter;" also tried it & finds it works well, but doesn't it infringe TAE's? Marg: "Yes. Today I send to patent office as a model the so called Blake transmitter. This should be a fine joke when I get a patent on the instrument exactly as they use it, for I had it that way over a year ago."
