- Wants new receiver, which is getting good review in papers and from witnesses. "One gentlemen reported that you had your entire force engaged in the construction of 500 for Europe. It seems to me that we should have the benefit of at least a sample, before the outside market is supplied." Substantial TAE marg explaining that only a few have gone to Europe, most of those made didn't work, and "the instruments of which you hear report from[?] are mainly experimental."
