- Editor's Notes
- Forgot to ask earlier if TAE has any advantage under his WU contract in delaying new receiver. "If there is anything in the way I would be glad to know it, and will try to remove the difficulty." Marg: "As far as regards the new tel, it is all right tho they have not given me the contract promised but anything after that the Contract is so arranged & worded that it is neither for the benfit of the Co or myself. It shld be an object with the Co to have the [contract] worded in such a manner so that it wold be an object for myself & my people here to tie the whole system by pat without any delay so that hereafter no compet may take advantage of the rapid devel in science & comne into the field with an inst based on points not now known. As it stands whether I delr one or 20 improvements in any year, me & my assts do not get only a cent [??? ???] hence we have no object in prod but one good thing in each & every year."
