- Re scheme to reoganize French phones on London model: "I have your cable that you would carry out your contract with Bailey & Puskas if you lose every dollar etc.." Proposed plan wouldn't nullify agreements, just protect TAE's interests. Discusses letters from Puskas, who fears TAE has in effect nominated Bailey to Board. Cable people here need better insulator than gutta percha.
