- British pat probs: Bell cites (but does not claim) varying resistance to produce undulating current. If TAE claims principle, many experts will testify it's not new, although application to trans may be. Told lawyers that what TAE means by "pressure" is "concussion." TAE's provisional & claims are not specific abt importance of spring. "I will be overmatched and will be shown that our Patent is only a Patent for a particular form of Carbon Transmitter."
