Memorandum. Up to filing prov spec, "microphonic biz had not attained to the dignity of a diaphragm." Blake etc. "have been ref'd to my older 1877 Pats as prior to their brilliant scintillations." Get acquainted with patent men there, "get them interested in CTel by loan insts & c so that when time comes they will be good experts to call in a court." Boxwood trans mouthpieces. G&S and Bell Co reach agreement: "This is the biggest mstk WU ever made.." Last 20 trans sent were uniformly excell; testing 25 more.
