- "Owing resistance transmitter knock harmless. Regular transmitter, powerful knock eventually destroys chalk, louder chalk quicker destruction. We always used new push hence bug unsuspected. Temporary expedient, new push, reverse chalk holder, polish new groove, gradually. New device allows interruption merely weakens knock."
