- Harsh Calif winter prevented sending desired samples b4 this. Lists & describes samples; please test & reply. Marg: "1/40-1/20 oz of gold per ton." [TAE]: "We have made investigation of your samples and find that 55 cents is the lowest and 1.10 is the highest. The gravel is of such a nature that we can do very little with it but it is as good if not the best hydraulic gravel that I have seen."
