- All parties but Gower have signed statutes of new Co. Gower has been trouble but will sign tomorrow. Probably can't send money for patents until you & Gray sign Co. papers. Making arrangements with Barton to work teleph in Belgium. Good reports from Austria that Puskas will get govt teleph concession. Nottberk agreed with Puskas to develop light in Russia; Puskas will probably do St. Petersburg exhibit. Bankers & other parties interested in Euro light. Wrote SLG explaining telegram; understand your reluctance but won't do anything to associate your name with movement of gas shares in europe.
