[Enclosures] Request for opinion regarding TAE telephone pats, as amended by disclaimer. Describes Hunning & Crossley carbon trans. Webster's opinion that claim 2 of 2909 (1877) be construed to include Hunnings, Crossley and Blake trans. Specification is now sufficient and no objection can be made to pat. PS: In event of making proceedings against infringers, go first for users of Blake.
