- Thanks for yours rcd. Gouraud's charge of dishonor will color everything EHJ says. Johnson and Gouraud cannot both remain in the Co. "Johnson is necessary to us in the patent question." Has been honorable, efficient servant of the Co. Only way out of dilemma is to remove Gouraud; his "language, his aims and his whole tone are such that at no distant period the present Board must break up." No need that TAE injure Gouraud in doing so. I know the Co better than Gouraud; found money to start it, etc.
