- Editor's Notes
- Enclosed is agreement of terms between myself & Bouverie, only slightly changed by Waterhouse & Gouraud. Had thought they would take first 5% profits, then you take 5% but you accepted other interpretation. Discusses terms for Glasgow Co. GG2 refused to discuss reversionary interest; Co will send you supplemental agreement. Co operations cut to bare minimum but amalgamation is practically agreed to. If you don't accept shares of united co the union with go on anyway but skeleton of the old co will be maintained to fulfill deferred royalty contract with you. Enclose note from White about Butcher [not found]; "this is nasty business."
