- "No. 11" His view of last-minute negotiations with Bouverie about TAE reversionary interest. Counsel advised not to vote proxy for agreement until got either assurance of keeping Edison Co alive, or payment to you of portion of shares in new co., but to vote for it as private shareholder. Never threatened to vote proxy against it. Describes board meeting & resolution thanking TAE. Thinks shareholders will vote you shares in United Co. Have delayed foreign Co until Brith matters settled. First board mtg of United Co went off well this morning.
