Under terms of settlement, Glasgow Tel Co will receive 17,000 pounds to liquidate, but this leaves stockholders with debt of 1000. This would be "impolitic" given importance of Glasgow. Propose that we take up to 2000 from the 10,000 pounds [TAE's advance royalty]; cable reply.
