Confirms rcpt of TAE's cable of 7nov81 which reads: "Three dynamos shipped balance seventeen ready for shipment Cable funds urgently want money" In accordance, Gouraud instructed Drexel to pay TAE the balance and cabled back this information. [Postscript is long but hard to read.]
