- Editor's Notes
- Encloses a letter from Goddard asking TAE to select lamps for isolated plant. Upton says that should charge at least 50 cents per lamp. Goddard claimed that the lamps were crooked in the sockets, but Upton thinks that the problem is with the wooden sockets. Trying small thin tubes on the pumps and thinks will work well. Welsh has taken high carbons, put them in nickel covers and powdered carbon, with plumbago, and recarbonized them, with excellent results.
