- Editor's Notes
- Apologizes for faulty lamps; says we test all for loose sockets before shipping. Thinks problem occurred b/c careless handling during installation. Will happily replace any lamps with crooked sockets. Cannot do the work to select lamps per contract price of 35 cents per. Must charge more if ship only perfect lamps: 50 cents per is a fair price for this. In time hope to get reliability to point where can charge 35 cents per lamp with high assurance of all lamps being perfect. Consider for inclusion: view into early customer relations. (DH)
