Report titled "Mr. Edison's Electric Light." Patents: Bidwell's investigation shows that TAE patent position is weaker than "Mr. Edison's undoubted discoveries ought to have given him." Disclaimer shld strengthen his position somewhat. Parliamentary powers for u/g cables. Will cost abt 1000 pounds to get bill passed. Proposed company: Sir John Lubbock is interested in associating with it, as is Bouverie. Contains more details abt compan's prospective organization.
