Asked TAE if it's possible to put turbines near the Potomac River to get 1000 hp and drive a dynamo, "conduct the current 13 miles and reconvert into mechanical energy by another dynamo" and what would be _x000d_the process and the materials involved. [TAE replies: "To make it pay _x000d_we should have at least 5 to 8000 hp. if this can be obtained can five _x000d_you approximate estimate"]
