marked "Personal." Burk is with Phila Public Ledger. Has had light in composing room and foundry now for ten days; "has given great satisfaction to the workmen." Works great even though put more lamps on dynamo than designed for. Says cheaper by far than gas and air is better. Says he should instruct Phila agent to reopen negotiations with PA RR. Encloses sketch of double lamp fixture, one lamp oriented upward with no shade, other oriented downward with shade; top for general lighting bottom for particular spot placement. poss select: customer feedback and some on phila business dh 9otc02
