Brush people close to acquiring Swan lamp. Thus investors in Fall River are waiting to see instead of investing in Borden's co; like Gov. Howard. Will meet w/ Col. Hazard and request him as Pres. of Gramme Co. to issue "a manifesto against the Swan Co." Eaton wants to defer suits in England agt Swan. RE Moses going into arc light business: Moses wants half of the profits; maybe give him quarter to third? Will settle issue of compensation to Borden for his storage battery patents. Encloses report on Faure batty made by Prof. Houston.
