Eaton says this is a bad idea. At Ex. Com mtg today will bring up terms for granting licenses. Can form companies immy in Toledo, Balto, Lowell, Haverhill and other places if terms fixed. Eaton says next mtg Gramme Co on Thurs; must do something abt Brush situation. Wilber gg take out 23 Edison patents.
