- Ladd writes complaining of inequality in prices of dynamos. But London Company pays same price as we do. Notice to Swan and Maxim companies now printed; will serve it on Swan, Maxim, and American companies after Goddard signs. Bailey sends copy of resolution of directors of Continental Co. appointing him and Rau officers. "Evidently Bailey has made up his mind to devote himself exclusively to the service of the Continental company." Been trying to get mtg of Eur company. Says German contract is hard to understand. Continues to describe possible details for setting up German company; bulk of letter deals with this.
