- Re report of horses dancing "on account of electricity" in downtown NY; crowd of 100 witnessed. A Sun reporter claims that there is a spot where TAE conductors are leaking and when horses pass over that spot they dance up and down. Re shortfall in ore milling a/c. "I am glad you are progressing with the storage battery. We ought to have one which we could furnish if people want it." Stewart and Kendall have had sharp exchange of letters wrt Chile. Gas people are blocking right of way in streets.
