- Bergmann wants to know if safety catches will or won't be included in sockets, chandliers, fixtures… "Johnson has said personally to me that he believed in total abolition of safety catches excepting in its own proper place and as entirely separate from any other device." Should get TAE's opinion, and coordinate w/ Johnson and Eaton to decide this. TAE: "I think it is bad policy to put Safety Catches in any kind of fixtures as experience shows this--"
