Casho accepted offer and will assume duties as 1st Dist plant supt on Sept. 1. "What do you say in reference to a plant of 1900 lamps in a town with such a distribution that no more lights can be obtained except at too great a cost of conductors? Do you say in any case to use mixed plant of one C (1200) and 3 Ks (750)?"
