Just missed today's Amsterdam steamer; next one is in two weeks. Gave 4 Es to Isolated; discusses other deliveries. Just got your teleg about money; will submit bills from Paris. Everything paid to first of this month & want to reduce our liabilities (now about $2,000/day). Right after July 4 Dean will add 100 men, now that we have enough stock coming in "in perfect floods." 150 light machine (M) should be finished Sat. Discusses foreign orders; expect $5,000 from London Saturday; when will Paris pay again?
