- Editor's Notes
- Rcd complaint from committee of Italian Co about the 1/4% commission we collect on their invoices. We're just the intermediary between you and Italian Co; please explain this to us and them. They also write about Porter governors; Columbo expected new one but just got letter from Porter explaining won't be sent. They've paid, so please take care of this! Cabled you you yesterday about this. Impression of good faith is critical. Your system of payment in advance has alreay created friction with Milan backers. Wrote Eaton 8 Mar. about B lamp problems; also getting complaints about A lamps sent to Hamburg; inside glass tube breaks easily; enclose sketch point of fault in A & B (follows).
