Editor's Notes
"Report on Condition of #2 Dynamo." Complete tear-down and inspection according to instructions from Board. My prior report on accident at Holborn stated that #2 was not as good as #3 (commutator not as long). Have never run it to full rated capaccity (1000 lights). Experience of August 31 showed it wasn't up to having 600-700 lights suddenly thrown on. Bad insulation on commutator bars; may have been defective or damanged in NY.
