Am conducting negotiationsd for our joint unpatented countries in the name of Edison Foreign Electric Light and Motive Power Co. You and EHJ are only parties interested with me in this, though have given part of my interest to Winfield as managing director. Easier to conduct business with well-known names like yours and Johnson's. The only other Co in which your name appears is the Consolidated Telephone Construction & Maintenance Co.
