Title
[D8241Z], Letter from George Harrison Bliss to Thomas Alva Edison, October 25th, 1882
Editor's Notes
Yours of 18th rcd. Question about calculating size of mains, at 2.5% loss. Sending sketch of a plant for which we propose 20% loss on feeders and 2.5% on conductors inside mills and houses. TAE marg: "2.5% loss if figured from where the feeder strikes the system= All your groups must be connected together. The feeders touch the whole at 1 or more points ie 1 feeder to one point another feeder at another point but the system is one."
